José Antonio Sánchez Alcázar
Head of laboratory
Main researcher and an international reference in the search for therapies against rare disorders. Graduated in Biology from the University of Seville, Doctor of Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid, specialist in Clinical Biochemistry. He has done two postdoctoral stays in Albany (USA) and Nottingham (UK). Since 2008 he has been a professor at the Pablo de Olavide University, belonging to the Department of Physiology, Anatomy and Cellular Biology.
Mónica Álvarez Córdoba

PhD in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering and Technology. Graduated in Biology by the University of Cordoba with a master’s degree in Experimentation in Biotechnology by the Pablo de Olavide University.
